The Akshaya Patra Foundation is an independent charitable trust registered under the Indian Trusts Act 1882 (Reg. No. 154). We endeavour to implement the Government of India’s PM POSHAN Initiative (formerly the Mid-Day Meal Scheme) to solve at scale the overarching societal issues of classroom hunger and malnutrition in the country.
1. The E-Voucher is valid for 6 Months from the date of Issued.
2. The individual who has bought ‘THE AKSHAYAPATRA FOUNDATION’ E-Voucher is deemed to be the donor.
3. For redemption of the E-Voucher the donor must visit https://www.akshayapatra.org/accentiv-india and submit the required details.
4. The total amount/ E-Voucher value will be directly donated to’ THE AKSHAYAPATRA FOUNDATION’.
5. Tax Exemption Certificate (80G) will only be issued to donors who provide their Name, PAN number, email address, phone number in the redemption form.
6. Single E-Voucher Code will be utilized against single retail billing transaction only.
7. Multiple E-Vouchers cannot be clubbed with single retail billing
8. E-Voucher cannot be Partial redeemed.
9. E-Voucher validity cannot be extended or reissued post Validity period.
10. E-Voucher will not be replaced if lost or stolen.
