8. Any unused balance on the e-Gift Voucher will not be refunded or credited.
9. Status of the card may be checked at the Tanishq cash counters.
10. Tanishq will not replace or reimburse the value of your card if its lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
11. This e-Gift Voucher is non-encashable.
12. Bearer is responsible if a e-Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without permission.
