2.E-Gift Vouchers valid for 12 months from date of issue.
3.Entire E-Gift Voucher amount will be redeemed to Big Basket wallet. The amount can be used across multiple orders.
4.Maximum of three E-Gift vouchers can be redeemed per day to Big Basket Wallet.
5.E-Gift Voucher is not redeemable for cash or credit.
6.If the customer misplaces the E-Gift Voucher, bigbasket shall not be responsible to reimburse/refund.

17.E-Gift Voucher are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
18.Any dispute should be referred to bigbasket and the decision of bigbasket shall be final.
19.If E-Gift Voucher is purchased in a city not mentioned above, amount will not be reimbursed/refunded.
20.Protect the E-Gift Voucher number and PIN to avoid misuse. Brand shall not assume any liability in case the E-Gift Voucher PIN gets stolen/compromised. Brand shall neither replace the E-Gift Voucher nor refund cash.
